General training

General trainings are a first useful and playful step towards a first “Customer-Centered” approach in your company.
Typically we organize 1-Day trainings on-site for our clients. These trainings have the goal of creating awareness about Human-Centered Design (Design thinking) in your organization. During these trainings practical skills will be shared and taught.
These workshops are always tailored to the specific needs and wishes of our clients.

 

Specific training

We offer hands-on sessions on specific Human-Centered Design topics such as introductions to Human-Centered design methodologies, mobile UX, prototyping, user testing,.... The topics can be tailored to your specific wishes, depending on your company’s focus and aim.

 

Human-Centered Design Bootcamps

Our bootcamps are made to change the mindset of your team. In a hands-on and practical week we take a deep dive into the Human Centered Design (HCD) philosophy and HCD process. Participants will be guided through the design process of a real-life situation and taught how to use a relevant set of methods in every phase of the HCD process.

Your team will experience the Design process, from acquiring deep empathy to translating insights into ideas and building and testing new prototypes.

After the workshop, participants should be able to use the tools in their own operational context and to translate insights and learnings successfully.
