Meet: Arnaud Dierickx
Successful transformation starts with the patient, or does it?
For the last couple of years, we’ve been told how important patient-centricity is and how it is a must for digital transformations. Yet for most companies, it isn’t a question of why to be patient-focused, but how. As we’ve been helping companies implement user-focused initiatives, we’ve noticed that being user-centered doesn’t start with those at the receiving end, but rather with the organisational culture and strategy. How can you give the patient a seat at the table, when you don’t yet have a table?
Arnaud [arn-oʊ)] is a design strategist and responsible for our business development. He supports companies to focus on their end-users when crafting new products, services or processes. Arnaud holds a Masters in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and strategy from the University of Leuven and the Solvay Business School and a Masters in Design Methods from the Institute of Design in Chicago. Today he works for companies such as Roche, Solvay, The Flemish Government, and more in their quest to become more user-focused. As a speaker, Arnaud talks about different ways to understand your end-user and how to successfully embed those insights into your company.
